A daughter's tale of truth, love and letting go

Moondance cover

An addictive spin on awakening, soulmates and past lives

Be patient: you're growing new roots

“All things must come to the soul from its roots, from where it is planted”
– Saint Teresa of Avila

As we shift in our lives, we may first be ripped from the earth we’ve always known.

Your body may feel tender, an infant again.
If on your journey, this happens to you...
Be patient: you’re growing new roots.

Life may move you from one home to another.
One family to another.
One Beloved to another.
One country to another.
One ideal to another.
From genetic connection to soul connection.

Oh yes. How perfect this is...

Yet how wobbly your legs may feel for a time.
Be patient: you’re growing new roots.

For inspiration, look to the earth
...whose soul leads the way!

Nature moves with the earth’s cycles.
Adapting, renewing and in continual re-creation.

Nature thrives by rooting deep into the earth
... and (at once) extending up to catch the light.

If blocked, nature may live and grow twisted.
Ripped from the earth and re-planted, she may thrive like never before!
But this takes time...
Be patient. You’re growing new roots.

Your may not choose each circumstance you face:
...but you do choose your responses.

Down deep, you know this.
So why do you resist the change?

Your spiritual awakening re-connects you with who you really are.
This is your restlessness. Your yearning for truth.

Your awakening is a process: It doesn’t happen over night...
You aren't floating up, but drawing down new dimensions.
Connecting finally! With the mystery that is you.
Be patient. You’re growing new roots.

It’s natural that you may feel tender at times.
After all, you’re learning to walk again, your heart balanced with your mind.

If your legs are shaky, stop running for a time.
If your heart is depleted, stop giving.
If you ask the Earth for strength, you will receive it.
Be patient. You’re growing new roots.

You have such support around you now.

In quiet times, do not judge your stillness.
Or notice it... nod and let it pass.

With your legs...step forward.
With your heart, send ripples of Love into in the sea of awakening souls.
...for we can feel you, too.

Be kind to yourself.
It’s okay to take a breath.
You are growing new roots.

Meaning of life poetry... for your heart.
