It's time to let go now (this is for you)

It's time to let go now. You know what I'm talking about.

It's time to let go of thinking that you have no choice. You do. Even if it's just changing a thought.

It's time to let go of grudges, of past hurts, of experiences that damaged you.

It's time to let go of the idea that you, or any of us are damaged.

It's time to let go of the idea of them and us. Inside and outside. Good weather and bad. For everything outside you – is you. It's all of us together. Yup, even the icky stuff.

It's time to let go of the people who don't support where you're going. Even if they supported where you've been. It's time to let go of the people who need you to prop them up. This letting go will empower them, allow them. Do you see?

It's time to let go of gurus. It's about awakening full potential: inside you.

It's time to fully see... and then fully let go of the horrors in the world.

That is, unless your path is to be an activist. Or big stuff is happening across the street. Then, be fiercely compassionate. Maybe, pitch in.

It's time to let go of the idea that humans are more powerful than the earth. That the earth needs us to survive. We've had it all wrong. She allows us to inhabit her, so that we may grow.

It's time let go of the walls around your heart. And the walls behind the walls.

It's time to let go of the idea that your heart is already open. That you don't need any more heart awakening. For your judgment is a wall. And the power of your heart has no limit.

It's time to let go of the past. For the past is done. There – it happened again. Each time your eyes move over a word.

Finally – it's time to let go of time itself. For clinging to one timeline limits you now. Time is not linear, never has been. You may want to read that again.

Yes, it's time to let go now: the old rules have passed. No – I will tell you the truth: the old rules never were. Except to protect you from knowing too much, too soon.

It's time to let go now. It's your time.
