“Karen, it's Dee, I had to call and tell you that I've just read the first 119 pages of your book and oh my God it's absolutely incredible... I don't want to put it down, it's your fault. Congratulations, I can't wait for the next page.”

To live... Be where there’s life

“Dig out your soul, cos here we go
We gotta move, it's what we do
Let me come through
Let me take you away to be where there's life
To be where there's life”
– Oasis

Every moment of every day, we’re asked to respond.

A deadline makes it easy.

But what you choose to be when things are muddy... matters most. For if your choices propel you, it’s your being... that creates the rest.

Be where there’s life.

Life is different than lift. Or laugh. These are different energies.

Life is not about you achieving title, accumulating stuff...
It’s not about you leaving your body, either (dear ethereal ones).
Though both of these are neither good nor bad.

Perhaps, ask this instead.

How can you bring the two together?
How much spirit can you express here on earth?
Be where there’s life.

Choose to spend your time handling change… on the energy of life.
Choose a relationship with life in it. Work, too.
Be curious about the detours.

Is there life in endings? You bet there is. Ask your heart.

Should I end it?
Be where there’s life.

Life adapts. Enfolds both joy and sorrow. She is resilient, unfolding, expanding.
She ignites.

Life meets challenges, while opening to an easier way.
In the winter, she may sleep.

Life is expansive. She roots deeply.
Light is her food. Like you.
Like nature. She’s an expression of herself.

What is the opposite of life? Physical death? I don’t think so.

It’s stagnation instead of stillness. Resistance instead of rising.
A twisted wedding of judgment and control.

Yet even these may change at any moment... as you wish.

To be where there’s Life, in this moment. Right now...
